Which CI Software Vendor does your Organization Use?

We are tasked with using Lotus Notes as the databases of record for another year. We attempted to get funding for other software, but the decision was made to move to SAP as the database of record for all the CI materials. I believe we currently operate the largest Lotus Notes databases in the world within our CI department. Notes is fine to get things recorded in the database, just as long as you don't ever want to get anything out - records, reports, any kind of useful data, etc. :-((

We have tried Wincite and Cipher to a limited degree in different groups over the past 10 years, but are not using anything at the present. 

We use Astragy Competitor for our complete external analysis, including competitor benchmarks, market intelligence and trendspotting.

We try to develop our choice of system, adapted to our particular capabilities and necessities of information analysis, but we are in the first stage of the process. Because of the kind of organization in which I work we need lots of softwares for the information analysis so it is difficult to find the best choice. We try personal solutions now. In the other hand, the mentioned systems are too expensives and that is one of the most important reasons to use a personal solution, not as complicated or sofisticated but that it works.
